- Security incidents that need your attention
- Planned maintenance that will interrupt work
No marketing, ever. Most people get a few texts a year or fewer. Message frequency varies.

How you sign up
Text alerts are only sent to people who have agreed to receive them. You can agree by telling TC IT Solutions directly (in person, by phone or by email), or through your organization's IT service agreement. When you agree, we record your name, mobile number, the date, and how you agreed. Your employer can't sign you up without your agreement.
By agreeing, you consent to receive recurring automated text alerts from TC IT Solutions at the mobile number you provide. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or service.
Terms: how to stop
Reply STOP to any alert and you won't get any more. Reply START to turn them back on, or HELP for help. You can also ask TC IT Solutions to remove you at any time.

Privacy
Your mobile number is used only to send these alerts. It is never sold, rented or shared with anyone for marketing. Mobile opt-in information is never shared with third parties.
